  • ANCORs proprietary premium vinyl insulation stays flexible even in extreme cold and resists salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline and ultra-violet radiation. Exclusive insulation is rated at 600 volts, 105C dry and 75C wet, and is resistant to heat and abrasion.


  • Exceeds all UL 1426, US Coast Guard Charter boat (CFR Title 46) and ABYC standards

The Ancor Red 14 AWG Primary Wire provides reliable electrical connections for marine, automotive, and industrial projects. Its ultra-flexible Type 3 stranding design ensures resistance to fatigue caused by vibration and repeated flexing, making it ideal for dynamic applications. The wire is coated with Ancor's proprietary premium vinyl insulation, which remains flexible even in extreme cold conditions and resists damage from salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline, and ultraviolet radiation. Rated at 600 volts and capable of operating at temperatures up to 105°C dry and 75°C wet, this insulation provides excellent heat and abrasion resistance for long-lasting performance.
