This is the first design that can compete ergonomically with a face clamp design. This means weve solved three core issues. The first is that of a long reach. EdgeForce grips the edge of the board, but the user does not need to reach the edge of the board. This is perfect for all users, especially kiddos. The second historical issue is strength. Minimal strength is required to operate EdgeForce. As a contrasting example, there is no bungee cord that the user has to pull to the edge of the board. For years, this has been an issue for most racks. The third issue is associated with swiveling the rack inward. All of the loading and unloading of boards can easily be done when EdgeForce is in its exterior position. This completely avoids issues of interfering with those in the boat.
