The Johnson Pump CM95HP Aluminum Brushless Motor Circulation Pump is designed for demanding heating and cooling applications, including systems in buses, trains, and boats. Featuring a durable black anodized aluminum pump body and a high-efficiency permanent magnet brushless motor, this pump offers reliable operation for continuous circulation tasks. Its magnetic drive eliminates the need for mechanical seals, reducing maintenance and enhancing longevity. The pump's impeller is crafted from glass-filled polypropylene, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion, while the hardened stainless steel shaft provides added strength. Ideal for systems where self-priming is unnecessary, the CM95HP pump performs efficiently with a maximum flow diameter of 38mm and a pressure range up to 2.5 bar at elevated temperatures.
Equipped with built-in thermal overload protection and designed to operate across a wide temperature spectrum from -40°C to +100°C (-40°F to +212°F), this pump is suitable for water and glycol mixtures with up to 60% glycol content. Its compact design allows for flexible mounting options, including a universal bracket for flat surfaces, and it supports dry running for up to 20 minutes without damage. With a maximum power input of 315 watts, the CM95HP provides energy-efficient performance while maintaining long service life. This pump complies with multiple EMC standards, ensuring electromagnetic compatibility in various environments, and is backed by a limited two-year warranty for peace of mind.
Johnson Pump recommends mounting the CM95HP pump in a flooded configuration or priming it before operation to ensure optimal performance. It is not suitable for pumping soiled water containing hard particles or corrosive fluids like acids, solvents, or gasoline. Proper flushing after use with water will prolong the lifespan when handling corrosive substances. Whether used in industrial or marine systems, this pump offers robust, maintenance-free circulation with reliable operation across a wide range of temperatures and pressures, making it a versatile choice for professional applications requiring high pressure and durability.
