Description

12/2 AWG Duplex Cable - Flat Cable - Red/Black - 250

Duplex Boat Cable is used in low voltage AC applications as well as DC circuits. Pacer manufactures 12 AWG Duplex boat cable in house in the USA for the best quality. First, the cable is built from finely stranded, Type III tinned copper conductors. These conductors allow for flexibility and help to prevent corrosion.

The PVC jacket helps 12 AWG Duplex Boat Cable to be flexible while preventing moisture from accumulating. How does it do that During the extrusion process, the spaces between wires are filled. This leaves no space for moisture or air to accumulate. After that, a talcum powder coating is given to the interior wires. This coating is used to allow the outer jacket to be easily removed. Just another reason 12 AWG Duplex boat cable is perfect for marine use.

Pacers marine wire exceeds the requirements and standards of UL, ABYC, and NMMA.

The Pacer 12/2 AWG duplex cable is designed for reliable low voltage AC and DC applications in marine environments. Crafted in the USA, this high-quality cable features finely stranded, Type III tinned copper conductors that ensure flexibility and corrosion resistance. The durable PVC jacket provides flexibility while preventing moisture ingress, thanks to its extrusion process that fills the spaces between wires, leaving no room for moisture or air buildup. A talcum powder coating on the interior wires facilitates easy jacket removal, making installation and maintenance straightforward. This duplex marine cable exceeds UL, ABYC, and NMMA standards, offering peace of mind for demanding marine applications. Its construction makes it resistant to acid, alkali, abrasion, flame, gasoline, oil, and moisture, ensuring longevity in harsh conditions. The cable's insulated conductors are color-coded for easy identification, with each conductor rated for 600 volts and capable of operating across a temperature range from -20°C to 105°C. The cable's design includes two conductors with Type III annealed, finely stranded tinned copper conductors, providing both flexibility and durability. This premium cable is suitable for various marine wiring projects, including power distribution and control circuits, delivering dependable performance in demanding environments. Sold as an individual length, the Pacer 12/2 AWG duplex cable is an essential component for marine electrical systems requiring robust and flexible wiring solutions.
