Description
6/2 AWG Duplex Cable - Flat Cable - Red/Black - 250
Duplex Boat Cable is used in low voltage AC applications as well as DC circuits. Pacer manufactures 6 AWG Duplex boat cable in house in the USA for the best quality. First, the cable is built from finely stranded, Type III tinned copper conductors. These conductors allow for flexibility and help to prevent corrosion.
The PVC jacket helps 6 AWG Duplex Boat Cable to be flexible while preventing moisture from accumulating. How does it do that During the extrusion process, the spaces between wires are filled. This leaves no space for moisture or air to accumulate. After that, a talcum powder coating is given to the interior wires. This coating is used to allow the outer jacket to be easily removed. Just another reason 6 AWG Duplex boat cable is perfect for marine use.
Pacers marine wire exceeds the requirements and standards of UL, ABYC, and NMMA.

The Pacer 6/2 AWG Duplex Flat Marine Cable is designed for reliable low-voltage AC and DC applications on boats and marine environments. Constructed in the USA, this cable features finely stranded, Type III tinned copper conductors that provide excellent flexibility and corrosion resistance, ensuring durability in demanding conditions. The flat design facilitates easy installation in tight spaces and helps prevent moisture buildup, thanks to the extrusion process that fills the gaps between wires with a seamless PVC jacket. A talcum powder coating on the interior wires allows for easy jacket removal, making maintenance and repairs straightforward. This cable exceeds UL, ABYC, and NMMA standards, making it a trusted choice for marine wiring projects. The PVC insulation is flexible across a temperature range from -20°C to 105°C and is color-coded for easy identification. Rated at 600 volts, the cable’s construction resists acids, alkali, abrasion, flame, gasoline, oil, and moisture, ensuring safety and longevity in marine environments. The duplex configuration with two conductors makes it suitable for various electrical setups, providing reliable power transfer in boat applications. Sold individually, the 250-foot length offers ample coverage for marine wiring needs, supporting a wide range of marine electrical systems and projects.
