Offering the unique RAM rubber ball and socket feature, you can rotate the holder 360 degrees while tilting forward and back for the optimal angle. The RAM-TUBE 2008 allows you to easily insert your fishing rod, umbrella or flashlight for convenient access. Ideally suited for anything from Kayaks to the OtterBox Venture Cooler.
