By ordering a firearm or serialized item, you certify that you are the actual transferee/buyer of the item, are of legal age, and satisfy all federal, state, and local requirements. You must be 18 or older to purchase rifles and shotguns (long guns) and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but some state and local laws may differ, please check prior to ordering. Laws are subject to change. Orders containing firearms are required to be shipped to an FFL Dealer in your state.
The customer is responsible to ensure that the items ordered are compliant and legal to own in their state/locality and that the selected FFL dealer is in business, will perform the required background check, and will legally transfer the firearm. It is illegal to purchase a firearm for another individual (straw purchase), this is considered a crime.
Firearm Sales:
All sales of firearms, serialized items, ammunition, and knives are FINAL and returns, refunds, or exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED. Once a firearm is transferred to a customer's name, Remm Outdoors will not accept a return or exchange under any circumstance.
Firearm Defects (New)
If a defect is discovered by the customer after shipment and transfer of ownership, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly for replacement or repair. It is the customer's responsibility to fully inspect the firearm/serialized item at their selected FFL PRIOR to accepting it into their possession. Please take your time to inspect all firearms/serialized items thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a firearm/serialized item is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired.
Warranty
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with applicable warranty, magazine(s), and accessories. By purchasing a firearm, you agree that upon discovering a defect in your transferred firearm, you will work with the manufacturer for replacement or repair per their warranty policy. Contact the original manufacturer for warranty information.
Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. You will need to contact us for a return. Customers are responsible for return, shipping, handling and warehouse fees. We require proof of purchase to honor all refunds. Only the original account or purchaser may return an item. Please include your proof of purchase with the products you wish to return in their original packaging. Any items returned within 30 days of shipment are entitled to a refund to the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is cash, check or credit card that has expired, a Remm Outdoors LLC gift card will be issued.
Any returns received that do not qualify for refund will be returned to the customer at their expense. This includes, but not limited to, items that are non-returnable, misused, lacking proof of purchase, or not purchased from Remm Outdoors LLC.
In addition, any products that are subject to pending or implemented restrictions due to Federal, State, or Local regulation/legislation are not
eligible for return. Remm Outdoors LLC. reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges. Other restrictions may apply.
