The AV hatch lifters are electromechanical products, especially designed for marine use on pleasure boats. They allow full or partial opening and closing of heavy engine hatches, peak tanks, hatch beams etc. By activating a switch, it is possible to lift the hatch to any desired position from closed to full open; an internal self-locking mechanism will maintain the position preventing any accidental hatch closing. In case of a power failure, an emergency device allows for manual opening.

The Uflex AV hatch lifters do not require any maintenance, are easy to install, and are made of materials resistant.

Features:

• According to the load required, the AV hatch lifter can be mounted individually, or in twin-cylinder installations for heavier loads. It is also possible to install more than two AV actuators in multiple applications.

An emergency manual operation feature, including a stainless steel telescopic ram, provides peace of mind in case of power failure, allowing for safe manual opening of the hatch.
Constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant materials, the AV3012 requires no maintenance and is simple to install. Its versatile mounting options support individual or twin-cylinder configurations, making it suitable for a range of load requirements. The system's maximum load capacity is 1200N (about 120 kg or 265 lbs) for single installations and up to 2400N (approximately 240 kg or 529 lbs) when dual cylinders are used. To prevent overloading, the system includes a circuit breaker that automatically stops operation if the load exceeds safety limits, and electronic stops are integrated to prevent over-travel at fully open or closed positions.
The hatch lifter features a speed of 25mm/sec without load and a maximum of 17mm/sec under load, with current absorption of 10A at 12V or 5A at 24V for single installations, and doubled for dual setups. It is rated IP65 for protection against dust and water ingress and is UL1500 and ISO8846 approved, making it suitable for demanding marine environments.
